With over 20 years in medical aesthetics, Lindsay is a seasoned brand builder and industry leader. She has led teams, scaled multi-location businesses, and developed strategic partnerships with some of the most recognized names in aesthetics and luxury skincare. At TREAT, she leads business development, partnerships, and creative direction, translating vision into growth through brand strategy, innovation, and storytelling.
Sarah Bonner
Founder & CGO
With over 18 years of experience in medical, health and aesthetic sales, Sarah specializes in growing best-in-class beauty and wellness brands. As Chief Growth Officer at TREAT, she oversees go-to-market strategy, partnership development, and client acquisition, bridging innovation with execution.
Ryan Bloch
Founder & CEO
With more than 25 years of experience building and operating multi-unit medspa and wellness businesses, Ryan is a seasoned operator with deep expertise in scaling service-based brands. A neurologist by training, Dr. Gupta believes skin health is as much about how we treat our inside as out and takes a balanced approach to helping clients look and feel their best. At TREAT, Dr. Gupta supports clients with wellness approaches designed to help them feel their best now and into the future, including supplements, bio-stimulators and weight management.
Dr. Cristina Caridi
MD, FAAP
Dr. Caridi is a physician specializing in aesthetic medicine, known for delivering refined, natural results. After serving as Chief Resident at New York-Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist Hospital, she transitioned from a background in pediatrics to aesthetics, bringing a meticulous, patient-centered philosophy to every treatment. By blending clinical precision with an artistic eye, Dr. Caridi creates sophisticated enhancements that look effortless and preserve each patient’s authentic expression.
